please exit from the Domestic Terminal 1st Floor Arrival Lobby
and cross the crosswalk.

Please proceed to the Rent-a-Car Shuttle Bus Stop at 10-A. 

Near Stop 10-A,
you will find shuttle bus stops for various rental car companies
such as HV Rent-a-Car, OTS Rent-a-Car, and Budget Rent-a-Car.

There is also a signboard for
YOU I Rent-a-Car（ユウ・アイレンタカー）
located near this stop.

Please wait in front of the signboard.

A shuttle bus operates every 15 minutes.
When the bus arrives,
please board in the order of arrival.

(It takes about 15 minutes to the branch,
or about 30 minutes during traffic congestion.)

For customers heading to the airport
after returning the rental car,
we recommend returning the vehicle
at least 3 hours before your flight departure time.

If you return the car later than that,
there is a high possibility
that you may be late for check-in.

Insurance Information
All rentals include Basic Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
This covers third-party injury, property damage,
and damage to the rental vehicle.

Non-Operation Charge (NOC) is not covered by CDW.
NOC is a fee charged when the vehicle is out of service
due to damage from an accident.

NOC typically ranges from ¥20,000 to ¥50,000.

To cover this,
you can purchase optional NOC Insurance
for ¥1,100 per day.

We recommend adding Full Coverage Insurance
for peace of mind during your trip.

Pets are not allowed in the vehicle,
including in pet carriers.
